I can’t log in

Your code is case-sensitive. Enter it exactly as shown in your email or message.

I redeemed my code but haven’t received anything

  • Check your Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders.
  • If you paid extra by card, your order may be delayed for security checks.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next working day.

Do I need to spend my full balance at once?

No. You can use your balance across multiple orders. Once fully used, you won’t be able to log in again.

How are products delivered?

  • Physical items: Delivered by courier
  • Digital items (e-codes): Sent by email

At checkout, select “Deliver content digitally by email” and enter your email address.

My retailer code link isn’t working
